Understanding roles & permissions

Users that you add to your GameAnalytics workspace can have different roles and permissions, depending on their responsibilities and required access level.

Primary Owners cannot be removed from the Organization without contacting support

How to invite Users

When you invite users to your GameAnalytics workspace, where you invite them determines what they can see and do.

Organization-level accessUsers get access to everything within that Organization (e.g. all Studios, all Games)
Studio-level accessUsers get access to everything within that Studio (e.g. all Games)
Game-level accessUsers get access to only that specific games

For the broadest access, invite users to the Organization. If you need to limit visibility (e.g. external partners or separate teams), use Studio or Game level invitations instead.

  1. Navigate to Users from your Organization, Studio or Games Settings
  2. Click the Invite button
  3. Enter the user’s email address
  4. Select their role: Viewer, Admin or Owner (Organization only)
  5. Click Send

You can invite up to 20 email addresses at once, each with different roles, using the Add to list option.

How to remove a User

  1. Navigate to Users from your Organization, Studio or Games Settings
  2. Click the ⋮ (vertical ellipsis) next to the user’s name
  3. Select Manage permissions
  4. Click Remove and confirm

To remove and change the Primary Owners for your Organization, you must contact support.

How to Manage MarketIQ seats

  1. Navigate to MarketIQ from your Organization Settings
  2. Click the Assign seats button
  3. Select the User
  4. Click Assign seats to confirm

Only users who are already added to your workspace can be assigned to a MarketIQ seat.
