Subscribe
Depending on user access, different actions must be taken to subscribe to DataSuite.
Organization Primary Owner flow
To subscribe to DataSuite select the feature menu at the top left of the screen (1) and select the DataSuite option (2)
After choosing the option, select the Upgrade option, which will lead you to the next step in the subscription process.
Once the previous step is done, the page will change to detailed information about pricing, and will allow you to subscribe to DataSuite.
BigQuery usage is calculated on the number of queries executed in BigQuery when using the Data Warehouse feature, with query pricing at $6.25 per Tebibyte (TiB)
Once the Upgrade button is selected again, follow the instructions to finish the subscription process.

Other users flow
Only an Organization owner or above can subscribe to DataSuite. If a user with another role tries to upgrade, the button will instead say Request, which will open a list of users that can be contacted to perform the action.
Subscription status
Depending on different states, more subscription statuses are available.
| Status | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Your subscription is in the process of being activated. Activation usually happens within a few minutes but can take up to 24 hours. Please contact support if it takes longer than 24 hours. |  |
| Active | Subscription is active and no issues were identified. |  |
| Payment overdue | Payment has failed due to an issue. |  |
| Cancelled | Subscription has been canceled. |  |
