Purchasing and billing
Purchase GameIntel
To purchase a GameIntel subscription, simply navigate to the GameIntel feature, which can be found by selecting the button highlighted in the screenshot below:
Next, from the menu located on the left side of the page, select the “Upgrade now” button.
Once you select the "Upgrade now" button, you will be taken to a new page, where you can purchase a Pro subscription.
To continue the process simply select the "Upgrade" option, after which you will be presented with a form where you need to provide payment information. Simply go through the process and your Pro subscription will be activated.
You will receive an email with an invoice, after you activate your subscription.
To purchase a Pro subscription it is necessary to be the "primary owner" or "owner" of the organization. Users with a different access level will see a "Request" button in place of the "Upgrade" button. Upon clicking this button you will see a list of users in your organization with "primary owner" and "owner" access levels. Please select the most relevant person and directly contact them regarding purchase of a Pro subscription.
Changing payment information
To change your billing information simply navigate back to organization settings, and billing, where the purchase of the subscription was initialized. Next, select the "Manage" option, and change your payment information.
At the moment you can edit the following information:
- Account information
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Payment methods
