Scheduled Reports

Scheduled reports in AnalyticsIQ let you regularly receive key performance metrics by email – ensuring your team and stakeholders stay informed on a regular basis.

Overview of Scheduled Reports:

• Schedule automatic Game-level and Organization-level reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Send via email, and optionally include CSV attachments
• Report management supports manual triggers and detailed history/status tracking

How to Create a Report

1. Create your Report: Open Reporting → Click the New Report button.
2. Configure your Report: Choose your Report type (Game or Organization), template and other settings (e.g. time frame, included games, etc.)
3. Set Distribution options: Add subscribers, determine the report schedule, and choose whether or not to send a CSV with the report.
4. Save your Report: Click Create to save the report.

Managing Reports & Report Permissions

From the Reporting dashboard you can:

• View all scheduled reports with status indicators
• Edit, send manually, unsubscribe or delete reports
• Access options depending on your role and game access level

Permissions

• Organization-level users can create, see, and manage all reports and subscribers
• Limited-access users can create and manage reports for games they have access to
