Dashboards
Dashboards give you a fast, visual overview of your key metrics. Choose from powerful predefined dashboards or build your own to track what matters most to your game.
Predefined Dashboards: Help you monitor core performance metrics without any setup required.
Custom Dashboards: Allow you to tailor your dashboards to match the unique mechanics and features of your game, for example visualizing Design (custom) events or mixing monetization and engagement metrics.

Managing and Sharing Dashboards
Sharing dashboards allows you to disseminate insights across your team and Organization without the need for manual data exports or duplicating work.
Accessing Sharing Controls
You can manage sharing settings during the initial save process or at any time for an existing dashboard. To update an existing dashboard, click the Share button located in the top right corner of the dashboard interface.
Sharing configuration
When you open the sharing modal, you can configure the following settings:
| Setting | Options | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Game Availability | Single game, All games | Choose whether the dashboard is restricted to the current Game or available across all games in your Organization. |
| User Access | Private, All users | Set the visibility to personal use only or grant access to all users within your workspace. |
The ability to share dashboards across All Games is an AnalyticsIQ Pro feature.
Dashboard visibility is also governed by your Organization's User Management roles. Users must be invited at the appropriate level (Organization, Studio, or Game) to view shared assets.
Automated reporting
To share dashboard insights with stakeholders who do not regularly access the GA platform, you can utilize Scheduled Reports. This allows you to automatically deliver key metrics directly to subscriber inboxes on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.
