Create Organization reports
The same two main option categories exist for Organization reports as with Game reports:
- Configure
- Distribution
Configure Organization report
For Organization reports the Configure options only allow for:
- Selecting what Organization report template should be sent.
- Selecting the Date Range of the reports.
Organization reports don't allow to select particular games as their purpose is to provide a list of games based on primary and secondary metrics. Metrics and calculations are described in full detail here.
There are 3 different Organization reports available
- Overview Summary
- Revenue Summary
- Top Games
Date range for each Organization report can be changed from the default “past 7 days” to either “yesterday” or “past 30 days”.
Metrics that are reporting totals will sum values for the entire period (e.g. Revenue for Last 7 Days). Metrics reporting daily aggregations (for example DAU, Retention or other daily reporting) will calculate an average (sometimes a weighted average) across the days included.
Distribution of Organization report
Organization reports allow you to schedule the report as daily, weekly or monthly, with the delivery channel at the moment being only through email. The default value for scheduling is weekly.
In addition you can also include a CSV with data in the email report.
Primary, supporting metrics and excluding games
Customize the Top Games report with different metrics and exclusions using the Top Games report type.

| Primary metric | DAU, MAU, New Users, Impression Revenue, IAP Revenue | The primary metric value will determine what games are included as the top performers (ordering) in the report. This metric will also report a change in percent compared to the previous period. Establishes what the order of games on the report is based on. |
| Supporting metric | MAU, New Users, Impression Revenue, IAP Revenue | Supporting metrics are additional data points reported for each game in the report. A maximum of 2 values can be selected and it cannot be the same as the Primary metric. |
| Date range | Yesterday, Past 7 days, Past 30 days | Specify a period of time the data will be queried when the report is generated. Metrics that are reporting totals will sum values for the entire period (e.g. Revenue for Last 7 Days). Metrics reporting time aggregation (for example DAU and MAU) will calculate an average across all days included. |
| Exclude games | Exclude games if under/over certain DAU | Specify a DAU threshold to exclude games considered for the TopGames report. Games will be excluded based on the DAU for the previous day at the time of report generation (Yesterday). |
Save report
Save Organization reports the same way as Game reports.
