Access and usage limits
The AI Agent is available on every GameAnalytics plan, with usage limits that scale by plan. This page explains who can access it and how much you can use it.
Who can access the AI Agent
The AI Agent is available to everyone, on both free and paid plans, and appears in the product navigation for all users. Your plan determines how many questions you can ask each day and month. Paid tiers get higher limits.
What counts as a message
A message is one question you send that the AI Agent answers. It counts as a single message no matter how much work the agent does behind the scenes to find the answer. Message limits are easy to reason about, so you always know how many questions you can ask.
Usage limits
Each plan has a per-user daily limit, a shared daily limit for your whole organization, and an approximate monthly limit.

- Messages per day (per user) is the most you can send in a single day.
- Org messages per day is the combined daily total shared across everyone in your organization. You may reach this shared limit before your personal limit if other members are also using the AI Agent.
- Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
- Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
We may adjust these limits over time as the AI Agent evolves.
When you reach a limit
The AI Agent tells you where you stand before you run out:
- Approaching the limit – you see how many messages remain for the day.
- At the daily limit – you are asked to come back the next day, or to upgrade your plan for higher limits.
If you need more, upgrade your plan for higher daily and monthly limits.
