Capabilities, limitations, and tips

The AI Agent is an Early Access feature. This page explains what it can do today, where the current limits are, and how to get the most reliable answers.

What the AI Agent can do

  • Answer questions about a single game using your GameAnalytics data.
  • Cover common KPIs such as DAU, new users, retention, ARPU, ARPPU, revenue, sessions, conversion, paying users, and ad impressions.
  • Summarize trends and report metric values in plain language.
  • Work without SQL or dashboard building.

Current limitations

  • One game per conversation. Portfolio and multi-game questions are not supported yet. Start a new conversation to switch games.
  • Data coverage is still growing. The AI Agent can answer questions about your core metrics and player activity. It does not yet cover every custom or resource-level event.
  • Text answers only. The AI Agent replies with written, data-backed summaries. Inline charts, tables, and expandable visualizations are not available yet.
  • Early Access scope. As a Labs feature, the AI Agent is under active development and its answers can occasionally be incomplete.

Best practices

tip
  • Be specific. Name the metric and the time range, for example "revenue over the last 14 days".
  • Ask one thing at a time. Single, focused questions get clearer answers.
  • Verify before you act. For important decisions, cross-check key figures against the relevant dashboard in GameAnalytics.

FAQ

How do I open the AI Agent?

Open the AI Agent from the product navigation in the left sidebar. It is available on all GameAnalytics plans, with higher usage limits on paid tiers. See Access and usage limits.

Why is the game selector disabled?

Each conversation is tied to a single game to keep answers accurate and consistent. The selector locks after you send your first message. To analyze another game, start a new conversation.

Can I ask about more than one game at once?

Not yet. Each conversation focuses on a single game. Multi-game and portfolio analysis is something we are exploring for a future update.

How is my data used?

The AI Agent answers using your own GameAnalytics game data, processed through a managed AI model to generate the response. For questions about how GameAnalytics handles your data, contact us through our support channel.
